The Circa History Guild is pleased to announce a five-week American History Class entitled “Patriots’ UniversiTea” which will meet on Tuesday mornings from 10:00am to 12:00pm. The classes will be taught by Circa History Guild Historian Bill Potter and will address the basic issues of the American Republic in their historical contexts. There will be plenty of opportunities for discussion and Q & A.

Mr. Potter (MA., PhD-abd.) brings almost forty years of research, writing, and teaching experience to the History Guild Lyceum. Bill has held teaching positions in college and university programs as well as being a popular speaker at history conferences and tours in the United States and Europe. He is a member of the Georgia Historical Society and is on the Board of Directors of The Conservative Caucus in Virginia. As a specialist in American political and military history, Bill’s lively lectures have been heard by thousands across America on CD and on the internet.

The doors open at 9:00am with complimentary refreshments and conversation.
Each class will last 35- 40 minutes and there will be a 15 minute break between them on their scheduled day.

Each student will receive a notebook with curricula information, links to valuable articles and internet sites, and useful classroom material.
