- Thursday night, July 29th at 7:00pm - “The Winston Churchill You Never Knew” Presented by William Fisher

We are pleased to announce a program at the Guild for Thursday, July 29th at 7:00. Mr. William Fisher, the President of The Winston Churchill Society of Georgia, will present “The Winston Churchill You Never Knew.” Mr. Fisher’s multi-media presentation includes little known facts and humorous incidents of Churchill’s life. Younger people not acquainted with the cherubic but dangerous hero of World War II need to learn about him.
The Guild has been on vacation for a while but with new displays, tons of new books, and our continuing interest in history and teaching, we invite you to attend this gathering. We have been unqualified fans of Winston Churchill for a long time and have been waiting for a good moment to bring a presentation on the most famous man of the 20th century. Join us Churchillophiles on the 29th.
