He brings to Circa an extensive understanding of political, social, intellectual, and military history. Mr. Potter comes to the Atlanta area from Williamsburg, Virginia, where he has taught history classes to high school and college students, led family-oriented history tours of Virginia, Philadelphia, and New England, and managed a small retail business. He also brings a practical knowledge of antiquarian books, documents, and artifacts. Mr. Potter has many years of experience in research and writing, having published several short books and published many articles and book reviews. As a father of eight children, he appreciates the necessity of passing on to the succeeding generations the richness of both our regional and national history.
